The characteristics of our factory disc brake device:
1. The number of working pliers and safety pliers is in the same number of configurations (9000 m, 12,000 m is also the same), and the braking torque of the working pliers and safety pliers meets the maximum braking torque requirements of the drilling machine (all higher than the national standard for work) Brake torque requirements), the emergency brake synthesizing torque is larger, avoiding the small number of safety clamps (parking clamp), the brakes are often delayed due to the working clamps during emergency braking, and the safety clamps have small braking torque, and the accident of the drill and the drill usually.
2. Drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries, the circuit control of the electronic brake lever adopts the electronically controlled air valve-gas valve to control the hydraulic reversing valve to realize the control of the brake caliper work, avoiding the large electromagnetic heat generated by the hydraulic reversing valve. It is easy to cause the valve to be stuck and cause an accident.
3. The double-insurance design is adopted in the safety clamp control circuit. The hydraulic reversing valve is set to open and close, that is, one for one, and the brake works at the same time to avoid the valve being stuck due to heat or particles in the oil. And caused an accident.
4. The hydraulic station is equipped with a hand-cranked pump to ensure that the disc brake can still work normally at any time during the power-off and gas-breaking conditions.
5. The hydraulic station is equipped with a refueling and self-circulating filter device to prevent contamination of the hydraulic system fluid and minimize the occurrence of faults and accidents.
